2. Berry blast smoothie: blend one cup mixed frozen berries, one banana, half cup plain Greek yogurt, half cup almond milk, and one table spoon of honey together. 

3. Tropical smoothie: blend one cup frozen pineapple chunks, half cup frozen mango chunks, one banana, half cup orange juice, and half cup coconut water together. 

4. Peanut butter banana smoothie: blend two bananas broken into chunks, two cups milk, half cup peanut butter, two table spoons of honey, and two cups of ice cubes together. 

5. Recharge-style strawberry mango smoothie: blend one banana, half cup frozen mango cubes, half cup frozen strawberry slices, one third cup of orange and pineapple juice blend, one third cup of unsweetened coconut water together and use strawberry for garnishing. 

6. Kiwi strawberry smoothie: blend three fourth cup of pineapple and orange juice, half cup vanilla frozen yogurt, one banana, six strawberries, and one kiwi together. 

7. Simple cantaloupe smoothie: blend one cup vanilla yogurt, half cup orange juice, half cup sliced cantaloupe, and four crushed ice cubes together.  

8. Healthy cocoa banana recipe: blend one cup milk, half chopped frozen banana, two table spoons of peanut butter, two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, and one table spoon honey together. 

9. Melon smoothie: blend one fourth cantaloupe (peeled, seeded and cubed), one fourth honeydew melon, one line juice, two tablespoons of sugar together. 

10. Green monster smoothie: blend one cup fat free milk, half cup fat free plain yogurt, one banana frozen and chunked, one table spoon of natural peanut butter, two cups of fresh spinach, one cup of ice cubes together.
