What is the difference between exercise and fitness?

Exercise is a planned, systematic, and repetitive physical activity with the ultimate or intermediate objective of increasing or maintaining physical fitness. Physical fitness is a term that refers to a set of qualities that are either health or skill-related.

But what's the difference between being in shape and actually working out? Consider this: many individuals believe that the trip is more important than the goal. Now apply this to your fitness routine. Exercising (the journey) is fantastic, but you must be on the proper track (towards fitness). Do check our Fitness Guest Post column for more information.
